Large and very heavy split sphere form with scratched and marked surface. Underglaze of deep rusty browns then overglazed with creamy grey/white and some pale green. The inner faces of the upper split areas are piereced with a pattern of holes. This is one of the largest of this form that Alan made. Purchased by me at Harlequin Gallery, Greenwich, London early 2000s.
