Returns

It is understood that purchasing an item without first handling it is difficult. Buyers should satisfy themselves with item descriptions and photographs prior to purchase but also, if necessary, request further information and photographs to help them decide. Every effort is made to describe objects accurately. All measurements are approximate. All items will exhibit some wear and tear. This is expecially notable with glass objects - the undersides can become worn with being moved and is expected. Any notable damage outside of this scope will be noted on the listing.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 14 days start from receipt of the item from  the shipper.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will need to ensure the package is sufficiently secured for its transit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The cost of the return wil be the customer's resposibility. The original cost of shipping to the customer will be subtracted from the purchase price when a refund is provided.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
